Terms and conditions

8. Severability of Terms and Conditions. If any terms are held by a court to be invalid then all such other provisions remain valid except where the rights conferred on either party will thereby cease without consequence, or if their absence would affect this agreement.

9. Entire Agreement. This is an entire agreement between us both and supersedes any previous terms of understanding.

10. Breach of Terms and Conditions. A breach will permit us immediately, without further notice or warning, to suspend your account and we reserve our right to claim all damages if there was a direct loss resulting from such actions
